WHAT PERCENTAGE IS DONATED TO MY ORGANIZATION?
33% of the subtotal of each check will be donated to your approved organization!
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY CHECK?
On the following business day after your fundraiser event, we'll begin reviewing checks, calculating sales, and will contact you with your total fundraised amount! A check will be mailed to the address on file (arrives within 12 business days).
HOW OFTEN CAN I HOST A $UNDAY FUND-DAY EVENT?
Once a month.
CAN I USE GIFT CARDS OR BEACH BUCKS ON MY PURCHASE?
Unfortunately, no. In order for the donation to count, purchases must be on full-priced items and paid with credit/debit or cash!
CAN I CHANGE THE DATE OR TIME OF MY EVENT?
No need to change the time! Guests can visit anytime from 4PM 'til close to participate in the fundraiser. Don't forget to let your server or bartender know you are participating in a fundraiser event so he/she can ensure sales are donated to your cause. If you need to reschedule your event, please let us know ASAP so we can make the proper adjustments on our end and update your marketing materials.
HOW CAN I PROMOTE MY EVENT?
Our team is here to help! We provide all the marketing materials to make your event successful. All you have to worry about is handing out flyers, posting on social media, and spreading the word to your friends & family! We'll assist you in determining what marketing materials are right for you and your group.
