We heard nothing but positive comments about Waterman’s – the room, the food and the service. You all were so helpful and accommodating. I guess it is a good thing we decided to serve the “Orange Crushes.” People seemed to like those a lot! We are thrilled with how it all went. My husband and I had the most incredible experience having our wedding reception at Waterman's (upstairs in "the Attic"). Courtney, one of the banquet managers, was an absolute DREAM to work with! She made our special day so easy and stress-free. The bar and wait staff were also extremely accommodating and my guests had nothing but wonderful things to say about the service. Last week I had a dinner for 75 of our clients and staff representing many of the airports across the state of Virginia while we were in town for the 2010 Virginia Aviation Conference. You and your staff did a tremendous job - the food was great and the service was great! Many times we find that restaurants have a hard time getting 75 entrees on the table at the same time; that was not the case with Waterman’s - everyone was served at the same time and all the meals were very good. Everything was perfect. We can't thank you all enough. The food was delicious, the room was beautiful, and the service was excellent. I've been telling everyone that it was unexpected for a restaurant at the beach that the barbecue was possibly the best that I've ever had, but it really was. Everything else was also wonderful.
